3. Booking, Pricing, and Cancellation

• Pricing: Our standard rate is $75 per 24-hour period, all-inclusive for pet sitting, house sitting, or both.
• Booking: All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed prior to the service start date.
• Cancellations: We require advance notice for cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Specific cancellation terms will be discussed during your booking confirmation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their home, pets' health, behavior, and specific care requirements. Clients are responsible for ensuring their home is safe and that all necessary supplies (food, medication, cleaning supplies) are sufficiently stocked for the duration of the service.

5. Liability

While Payson Pet Sitter takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your home and pets, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, or pre-existing medical/behavioral conditions affecting your pets. Clients are advised to maintain appropriate home and pet insurance.
